The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) has published the Official Fee Schedule Applicable in 2026 in the 5th bis (supplementary) issue of the Official Gazette dated 31 December 2025.
The new tariff introduces an approximate 20–25% increase.
Under the revised schedule, the single-class trademark application fee, which was TRY 2,350 in 2025, has been increased to TRY 2,820 as of 2026, reflecting an approximate 20% increase. Similarly, the trademark registration fee has increased from TRY 5,790 to TRY 7,010, representing a rise of approximately 21%.
Key Trademark Fees for 2026:
* Single-class trademark application fee: TRY 2,820
* Each additional class: TRY 2,820
* Trademark registration fee: TRY 7,010
In addition to trademark fees, the 2026 tariff also revises official fees applicable to patents, utility models, and industrial designs.
