N. Berkay Kirci graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ankara, in 2001 and was admitted to the Ankara Bar in 2002. Since then, he has actively practiced as an attorney at law, specializing in intellectual property disputes, including trademark, patent, design, and copyright law. He has also served as an in-house lawyer.
Before founding the KIRCI Law Office (KIRCI Avukatlık Bürosu), he was a partner at an intellectual property law firm with a renowned academician in his field for over eight years.
Mr. Kirci is a registered and chartered trademark attorney and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT). He holds a Master of Science degree from the Department of Science and Technology Policy Studies at the Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Türkiye.
